Timeline depends on complexity and pathway. EVS migrations can complete in 6-12 weeks. EC2 rehosting typically takes 3-6 months. Full modernization is 6-12+ months. We use a wave-based approach to deliver value incrementally.
Which migration pathway is right for us?
It depends on your goals. EVS is best if you need to exit on-prem quickly with zero changes. EC2 rehosting balances speed with cost optimization. Full modernization delivers maximum competitive advantage. We often recommend a hybrid approach: start with EVS or EC2, then selectively modernize high-value workloads.
What are the actual cost savings?
