The Client:

A leading European insurance provider, our client stands at the forefront of delivering comprehensive insurance solutions through the B2B2X value chain. With a license to operate across all EU countries, they specialize in white-label insurance products, combining insurance know-how with technological innovation to lead the digitalization wave in the insurance industry.

The Challenge:

Our client’s existing AWS systems and development methodologies were not aligned with their vision for modern, efficient, and high-quality software delivery. They aimed to establish standardized engineering excellence and cloud-native practices within their organization, leveraging AWS.

The Solution:

Parsectix’s eight-month engagement involved an in-depth analysis of the client’s AWS infrastructure and development processes. We conducted specialized workshops to enhance the skillsets of their teams and developed a unified standard for modern software engineering and cloud-native practices on AWS.

Central to our solution was the creation of a secure, scalable cloud-native AWS platform. This platform was built around an AWS Landing Zone, equipped with security and compliance features, facilitating efficient and safe resource utilization. Additionally, we implemented serverless CI/CD pipelines, which became crucial to the client’s internal software delivery process.

Parsectix’s role extended to reshaping the client’s recruitment process, aiding in the formation of a robust DevOps team. We trained selected team members in AWS best practices, DevOps methodologies, and cloud-native approaches. These team members then played a pivotal role in disseminating this knowledge throughout their teams, effectively establishing a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE).

The Results:

The collaboration between Parsectix and the client resulted in a significant enhancement of their cloud-native development & delivery capabilities on AWS. Our comprehensive review and training interventions optimized their cloud operations. The newly established AWS platform facilitated the client’s digital transformation, allowing for the rapid deployment of features and an overall improvement in service delivery.
